Registration fees
Early bird registration for BAAL 2026 will open publicly on 6th May 2026.
The registration fee includes daily hot buffet lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, and entry to an evening drinks reception on 1st September.
The registration fees for BAAL 2026 are as follows:
Early bird rates
- Early Bird Member: £325
- Early Bird Non-Member: £375
- Early Bird Student Member: £175
- Early Bird Student Non-Member: £210
To guarantee the place of accepted submissions in the conference programme, at least one author of each accepted submission must register by 1st June 2026.
Early bird registration will close on 14th June 2026.
Standard rates
- Member: £375
- Non-Member: £425
- Student Member: £200
- Student Non-Member: £220
Standard registration will open on 15th June 2026.
Day rates:
- Member: £175
- Non-Member: £210
- Student Member: £65
- Student Non-Member: £90
Single day registration will open in late-May.
Conference registration will close when capacity is reached and no later than 14th August 2026.
We strongly encourage all authors of accepted submissions who plan on attending the conference to register as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee that conference registration will not sell out prior to this date.

On-campus accommodation in student halls
- 3 nights accommodation (31st August – 3rd September): £105

BAAL 2026 Conference Dinner
- Conference dinner ticket: £50
The Conference Dinner will take place on the evening of Wednesday 2nd September at Conference Aston.
BAAL 2026
